Simon Clark
Simon is committed to adopting a caring, conciliatory and non-confrontational approach in seeking a constructive outcome with the client’s needs as a priority. Since qualifying Simon has specialised in all areas of family law including resolving disputes in relation to children as well as dealing with the financial issues following the break down of relationships.
Simon has considerable experience of a wide range of cases including complex high net worth financial matters and children cases involving serious allegations and evidential disputes. He is experienced at every level of the family Court system including the High Court and has regularly acted as an Advocate.
Simon is an experienced, accredited Mediator and is also trained in collaborative law. He provides a first class, client focussed and supportive service to those couples wishing to resolve their disputes without going through Court proceedings.
Simon studied at Exeter University and the College of Law at Chester before qualifying as a solicitor in 1993. He trained with a firm in Cambridge and has largely practised in the Surrey and London area.
Simon is a member of Resolution, a National Organisation of family lawyers committed to constructively resolving family law disputes. Simon recognises that at the heart of every case there is a client who needs sensitive and pragmatic support.
